The four subscriptions, and the one

A serious tracker often ends up paying four apps to hold four halves of the same person. Here is what each one costs, and what a single subscription covers.

Four subscriptions: $355.96. Bevel: $99.99. Fitbod: $95.99. MyFitnessPal: $79.99. Strava: $79.99. Heala: $79.99 Four subscriptions $355.96 Bevel $99.99 Fitbod $95.99 MyFitnessPal $79.99 Strava $79.99 Heala $79.99

The stack, priced

These are US App Store annual prices, checked in August 2026. They move, so check your own store — but the shape of the problem does not change.

What a full stack costs for a year.
AppForA year
MyFitnessPalNutrition and food logging$79.99
FitbodStrength and programmes$95.99
BevelSleep, recovery and strain$99.99
StravaCardio and GPS routes$79.99
Four subscriptions$355.96
HealaAll four, plus cycle, habits and medication$79.99

The saving is not the point

Money is the obvious argument and it is the weakest one, because any of those four can discount tomorrow.

The real cost of four apps is that no one of them can see the whole week. Your lifting app does not know you under-ate. Your recovery app does not know you ran. You end up as the integration layer, reconciling four screens in your head.

One app means one place where those numbers meet — and one coach that can read all of them before it says what today is for.

Where a single app is genuinely worse

A bigger food database. MyFitnessPal has twenty years of submissions.

A social network. Strava has your friends on it.

Depth in one domain. A dedicated app will always go deeper into its one thing than a general one will.

Every comparison

One page each, and each of them says what the other product does better — because a comparison that concedes nothing is one nobody believes.
