Pricing
One subscription covers every domain in the app. The free plan is the app, not a demo.
Free
Food logging, the full exercise library, cardio, sleep, strain, habits and weight — uncapped, and free forever.
What Free rations is the expensive part: the AI coach gets a weekly allowance, and charts look back fourteen days.
Pro
Everything, with high AI limits, full history, body scans and the deeper analytics. Seven-day free trial, cancel in a tap.

Scan credits
Generating a 3D body twin is the one genuinely expensive thing in the app, so it is paid for separately — by a monthly Pro allowance or a purchased credit — rather than by raising the subscription for everyone. Measurement estimates are free.
What it replaces
A stack of MyFitnessPal, Fitbod, Bevel and Strava runs to $355.96 a year at August 2026 US App Store prices. Heala is the price of one of them.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, seven days on Pro. The plan quiz is free and needs no card at all.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your store subscription settings, and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. It is free permanently, and it is the real app rather than a trial.
The quiz is free, takes about four minutes and needs no card. It ends with your calorie target, your macros and a training week you can look at.
