1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and post from your own public Instagram account with at least 2,500 real followers. Joining is free. We check your account before we approve you, and we may decline or remove any account, for example if its followers are bought or it breaks these terms. TikTok, YouTube and other platforms are not part of the programme.

2. Videos that count

• An Instagram Reel or video post, posted after you joined, from the Instagram account you signed up with.
• Shows you genuinely using the Heala app.
• Tags @heala.fit and is clearly labelled as an ad (#ad, or the platform’s paid-partnership label).
• Your own original content, submitted in your dashboard within 7 days of posting, and kept public for at least 30 days.

3. One video, one reward

Each video is reviewed separately and rewarded only on its own views. Views, likes, comments or shares from different videos are never added together to reach a step. The same video posted on several accounts counts as one video, and reposts, re-uploads, or a video cut into parts are not new videos.

4. Rewards

We count the views on the video 7 days after it was posted. Paid or boosted views don’t count. The video earns the highest step it reaches:

A video under 10,000 views earns nothing. Cash steps need at least 3% engagement on that video (likes + comments + shares, divided by views) and at least 10 comments; a video that misses this earns nothing. Cash is paid on up to 4 videos per calendar month (by the date you posted), and up to £1,000 per calendar month.

5. 12 months of Heala Pro

When we approve your account, we add 12 months of Heala Pro to the Heala account that uses your sign-up email, on top of any free Pro you already have. It is given once per creator, not per video. If you don’t have a Heala account with that email yet, it is added once you do. If you already pay for Pro, we’ll agree an equivalent with you. If we remove you for breaking these terms, we may end the free Pro early.

6. Top links bonus

Each calendar month we look at how many paying Heala subscribers each creator’s link and code brought in. The creators who brought in the most are offered a paid partnership deal and a £250 bonus. We decide how many creators are picked each month, and only links and codes that brought in at least one paying subscriber that month can qualify. The partnership itself is agreed with you separately, in writing. The £250 is paid like other cash rewards.

7. Payment

Cash is paid in GBP by PayPal or Wise, once a month after review. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

8. Play fair

No bought views, likes or comments, no bots or engagement groups, and no misleading content. No bought followers. No medical claims, no weight-loss promises and no before-and-after results. Never offer rewards for App Store ratings or reviews. If you break these rules you lose the rewards for the videos involved and may be removed.

9. Your content

You own your videos. By submitting one, you let Heala repost, share and lightly edit it (for example, cropping or adding captions) on Heala’s own social accounts and website, credited to you. Using it in paid ads needs your separate agreement, and pays £50 for 30 days or £100 for 90 days.

10. Your link and code

Your link and code count visits, sign-ups and paying subscribers. You see numbers only, never who they are. While the creator offer runs, people who use your link or code get 10% off Pro.

11. Your data

We use your name, email and Instagram handle to run the programme, review your videos, contact you and pay you, as described in our Privacy Policy. To leave and have them deleted, email hello@heala.fit.

12. Changes

We may change or end the programme by updating this page. A video you have already submitted is reviewed under the terms in force when you submitted it. We review in good faith; if you disagree with a decision, email hello@heala.fit.
