A programme, not an answer

Most AI workout tools give you a plan in a chat bubble. Heala writes one into your account, on real weekdays, and edits it as the weeks go.

  1. 01 You describe it Goal, days, equipment, experience, constraints
  2. 02 It writes a week Real weekdays, sets, reps, rest, progression
  3. 03 It adapts From what you lift, eat and sleep
What the coach writes, and what changes it afterwards.

What it writes

One to seven training days on real weekdays, with exercises, sets, reps, rest and progression targets. Cardio sessions are saved as first-class slots, not a note at the bottom.

Your goal, schedule, equipment, experience and constraints become structured data on your account — not a disposable chat response you have to copy somewhere.

What makes it adapt

Completed sets and the weights you actually moved. A programme that ignores what happened is a PDF.

Sleep and recovery. A hard session on a badly slept, heavily loaded day gets moved rather than pushed.

What you ate. Training hard in a steep deficit is a different plan from training hard while eating enough.

You stay in charge

Every generated plan is editable before you keep it, and you can build your own from scratch. The AI proposes; the account is yours.

Questions

Is it free?

The quiz that produces your first plan is free and needs no card. On the free plan the AI has a weekly allowance; Pro raises the limits.

Can I use it with limited equipment?

Yes. Equipment is one of the inputs, and the programme is written against what you actually have.

Does it work for beginners?

Yes — experience level is an input, and the first week is written for it.

See your plan before you download anything

The quiz is free, takes about four minutes and needs no card. It ends with your calorie target, your macros and a training week you can look at.
