A coach that can change things
Most AI in fitness apps answers questions. This one edits your account — logs the meal, writes the week, moves the session.
- Answers in a bubble
- You copy it somewhere
- Forgets your data
- Generic advice
- Writes to your account
- 41 actions across 8 domains
- Reads your own history
- Undo on every write
What it can actually do
Log things: meals, water, sleep, workouts, cardio sessions, weight, body measurements, habits, medication, cycle days.
Build things: a workout, a full weekly programme, macro targets, reminders.
Read things: today’s summary, workout history, personal records, recovery, cardio history, what your wearable recorded.
Fix things: edit an entry, delete a day, copy yesterday’s macros, undo the last action.
Why it is not a chatbot
A chatbot with your training question gives you a plausible paragraph. This one already knows what you lifted on Tuesday, how you slept, and what you have eaten today, because it is reading the same account it writes to.
That context is the entire difference. "What should I do today" has a real answer when the asker knows your last three weeks.
And when it is wrong
Every write can be undone in one tap, and a food entry cannot pick its own meal slot — if you do not say which meal it was, it stops and asks rather than guessing.
Generated programmes are editable before you keep them. The AI proposes; the account is yours.
Questions
What languages does the coach speak?
English, Turkish and Spanish, typed or spoken.
Is it included?
Yes. Free accounts get a weekly allowance of AI actions; Pro raises the limits substantially. There is no separate coaching tier.
Does it see my data?
It reads your own account to answer with context. It is not trained on your data, and the keys are held server-side rather than in the app.
The quiz is free, takes about four minutes and needs no card. It ends with your calorie target, your macros and a training week you can look at.
