Your data

Delete your account

Two ways to do it. Inside the app takes about ten seconds and needs nobody’s help. If you have already deleted the app, use the form below and we will do it for you.

In the app — fastest

  1. Open Heala and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings, then Account & privacy.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm by typing your email address.

It happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no review — the app does not ask you why.

What gets deleted

Everything the account owns, across every table and every file store:

  • Your profile, name, photo and settings
  • Every food, water, workout, weight and habit log
  • Body scans and the photos behind them, and any progress photos
  • Cycle, sleep, recovery and lab-result entries
  • AI conversations and anything you asked the assistant
  • Messages you sent, posts, comments, friendships and challenge history
  • Your push tokens, so nothing can reach your phone again

It cannot be undone. We keep no copy for recovery. If you want your data first, export it from Settings → Account & privacy → Export my data before you delete.

What we have to keep

Two things survive deletion, and only these:

  • Payment records. Invoices and the fact that a purchase happened, because tax law requires us to keep them. Apple, Google and Stripe hold these too — deleting your Heala account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that in the App Store, Play Store or your billing portal.
  • Aggregate counts. Figures that no longer name you — how many people used a feature in a month — because there is nothing left in them to identify.

Ask us instead

Use this if you have already removed the app, or cannot sign in. Write from the address you signed up with if you still can — it is how we confirm the account is yours. If you cannot, say so and we will find another way.

We action every request within 30 days, and almost always the same working day. You can also email info@heala.fit directly.
